Certified translation for a Globe Language Services evaluation
Globe Language Services, a New York agency established in 1982 that both evaluates and translates, requires original diplomas and transcripts in the original language and, for documents not in English, official word for word translations. Its evaluation page says certified and notarized translations will be required, which is the form Globe's own translations take. Eagle Translate delivers an official, word for word translation certified by the named professional translator on letterhead. We do not currently offer notarization, so if Globe insists on a notarized translation for your evaluation, ask Globe first or use Globe's own service, and use ours for the university, the board or the employer that receives the same degree. Certified translation is $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, in 2 to 3 business days, and STUDENT25 takes 25% off.

What a Globe evaluation requires of your documents
- Globe asks for all original diplomas and original transcripts as issued by the institution, submitted in the original language.
- Documents not in English need official word for word translations, and Globe's evaluation page says certified and notarized translations will be required.
- Globe's own translations are certified and notarized, come with a Certificate of Accuracy, and Globe is an ATA Corporate Member.
- Globe prices diplomas at $55 to $125 depending on the language group, and transcripts at $2 to $3 per course plus $75, with per word rates for other documents.
- Globe has been a NACES member since 2022 and was established in 1982.
Common reasons translations get rejected
- A summary translation. Globe's rule is word for word, and a transcript that drops the grading key or the reverse side is incomplete.
- Assuming certified means notarized. Globe's evaluation page asks for certified and notarized translations, and we do not offer notarization; settle that question with Globe before you order.
- Sending copies instead of originals for the evaluation. Globe asks for original diplomas and transcripts; the translation can be made from a scan, the evaluation cannot.

Globe is on the New York State Education Department's approved list for teacher certification credential reports.
For a Spanish, French, German, Italian or Portuguese diploma Globe charges $55 to $70; the same page is $24.95 with us and $18.71 with STUDENT25, and a Dutch or Turkish diploma, $95 to $125 at Globe, costs the same as any other language with us.

A translation error is ours to fix
If your certified translation is rejected because of a translation error we made, we correct it at no charge, and if the corrected translation is rejected again for that same error we refund what you paid for it. Our Refund Policy sets out the conditions and what it does not cover. Your documents are encrypted and kept confidential from start to finish.
