Notarization and official extras
Some receiving offices ask for more than certification. We add a notarized certificate of accuracy, and we can send a printed hard copy by mail. Premium orders include both by default.

A certified translation costs 24.95 per page. The Standard service without certification costs 19.95 per page, and the Premium service with notarization and a mailed copy costs 39.95 per page. One page is up to 250 words.
One page is up to 250 words of the source document. The word count and the full price are shown before you pay.
The Certified service. It includes a signed certificate of accuracy, which is what USCIS requires. Notarization is only needed if the receiving office specifically asks for it.
Standard orders are delivered in 3 to 5 business days, Certified orders in 2 to 3 business days, and Premium orders in 1 to 2 business days.
If your certified translation is not accepted for its intended official use, we correct it or refund you. Rejections caused by translation errors are refunded in full.
