A qualified professional translator who works in your exact language pair. A pair is only offered when a qualified translator is available for it, so every order is matched to a real specialist.
The translator name and signature, the date, the language pair, and a statement that the translation is complete and accurate. It is issued on the official Eagle Translate template with our seal.
Not at the moment. We deliver a certified translation as a ready to submit PDF, which is what USCIS and most offices require, and you can print it yourself. We do not currently offer notarization or mailed hard copies.
If the recipient rejects it because of a translation error we made, send us the written rejection within 30 days and we correct or retranslate the affected work at no charge. If the corrected translation is rejected again for that same error, we refund what you paid for that translation. Rejections for other reasons, such as a document requirement you did not order or the recipient's own rules, are set out in our Refund Policy.
