If you ordered notarization or a mailed hard copy, those follow the same certified document. If a government agency rejects the translation because of translation errors, we refund you in full.

Yes. Notarization is available for 34.95 and a mailed hard copy for 14.95. The Premium service includes both a notarized certificate and a mailed hard copy.
If your certified translation is not accepted for its intended official use, we correct it or refund you. Rejections caused by translation errors are refunded in full.
