Apostilles and notarization in Massachusetts
The Secretary of the Commonwealth's Public Records Division, Commissions Section is the only office in Massachusetts authorized to issue an apostille or certification for a notarized document going to a foreign country.
The fee is 6 dollars per document, with checks or money orders payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
