Certificate verification

Verify a certified translation

Every certified translation from Eagle Translate carries a QR code on the certificate of accuracy. Scanning it opens the record for that one document, taken from the order, the translator who signed it, and the delivery. Compare what you see there with the certificate in your hand.

Scan the code on the certificate

It opens the record for that exact document. If the copy in front of you cannot be scanned, enter the reference below instead.

Printed on the certificate as Certificate No. The Internal order reference printed lower down works too, and so does the whole address printed under the QR code.

What the record shows, and what it does not

The record confirms that a certified translation with that reference exists, which languages it covers, what kind of document it is, the date it was certified, and who signed it. Nothing from inside the document is shown, so checking a certificate never exposes anyone's personal information.

If any detail differs from the printed certificate, treat the document as not verified and contact us before accepting it.
